Sometimes all we need is a fresh start and the beginning of the year is a great time for it. Everyone talks about the New Year’s resolutions and there are plenty of motivational blog posts all around you. New year, new you… so it is a high time to get a pen into your hand and make a list of the New Year’s goals!
The first point on my list was to start a blog about programming and contribute more to the open source project. I’ve been thinking about starting a blog for quite a long time but always had a good excuse to assign it a low priority. However now I think that the right time has come and it will help me a lot to increase my software engineering skill. Mentoring is always fun and I believe that the best way to learn something is to teach about it someone else so hopefully the blog will help me to organise my knowledge and will be a great learning opportunity both for me and the users.
